an Open Letter on SHRIDEVI's Death: NEW EXPOSE>Possible Cause of DEATH of SriDevi

disclaimer: writer of this blog is a Doctor, and all the views expressed here are his. The Viral Story doesn't Own neither Disown the Story. This is an Hypothesis to clarify the Mystery around the Death of Sridevi, the veteran Indian Actress.

Dear Readers.
I am a trained Doctor with experience spanning several years. This story is written to demystify the Death of Veteran Actor Sridevi.

First look pictures of her few days before death:

have take a close look at the photo of Sridevi??

NOW tell me her AGE?
She was 54 years old when she breath last.

Now tell me how a typical Indian Lady in her 50s look like?

 Dimple Kapadia Age 60

Smriti Irani Age 45

Sridevi Age 54

What is your observation??

A Doctor's Observation:
Sridevi looks starved and suffering from under-nutrition. According to visual observation and information received from sources, Sridevi was a fitness freak and was on heavily controlled diet. As per sources her body weight at time of death was around 110 pounds. The ideal weight for a 54 year old lady who is 5 feet and six inches tall is around 145 pounds. This means that Sridevi was underweight by at least 10 kgs.

Now the science:

If your starved and you have a very low sugar level in body plus if you are mildly to heavily drunk then you are prone to HypoGlycemic Shock when you suddenly sit up from lying down.

What is Hypoglycemic shock?
Hypo means Less, Glycemia mean related to sugar. Shock means Fainting in medicine. So when a person faints due to less sugar in blood which eventually leads to less sugar in Brain, this is alled Hypoglycemic shock. To prevent this Doctor advice Diabetics to take frequent but small meals. This helps maintain optimum sugar levels in body.

Hence we can hypothesise that Sridevi was in bathtub having a refreshing bath just before the famed dinner date with her husband. She was drunk - starved - and on a strict controlled diet regime.
Just like the picture below:

When she was done with her bath, she tried to stand and come out of bathtub. Her body had very less sugar in order to cope up with the increased sugar demand for the physical activity like standing up. Hence she fainted and sank in the tub.

As she was unconscious, she couldnt resist sinking and collapsed because she couldnt breath under water and her lungs were fillled with water.
Had she not be bathing, such an incident would have led her to fall, like many girls fall especially in schools assembly lines. She might have had small injury but as she would have fallen on ground the Sugar demand of her body would have fallen and she would have gained conscious in a while.

Somebody asked me: Is dying in tis manner painful?
My answer is YES and MAY be NO?

WHY YES?
It would have been very painful, in one scenario. Imagine this case: Have you seen somebody faint in front of you? If yes then what you will do to bring a faint person back to normal?
?
?
?
Yes you thought it right. People sprinkle water on face. Reason is that water on face gives brain a signal that the person is drowning and the brain pushes the person back to consciousness. Second reason is that Water is cold and it acts as a stimulant. Now coming back to the case of Sridevi.

She was in tub------- she tried to stand up and get out of tub------- her sugar demand increases ------but she lacks enough sugar in body to meet this demand.-------- she faints-------and sinks in the tub---- being faint doesnt stop her from breathing and she keeps breathing-------- as she goes under water and takes her first breath----- her lungs get filled with about half litre of water and every another breath fills her lungs with another half litre of water.---- after two or three breaths she regains consciousness because tub is filled with water------- but she cannot breath as her lungs are filled with water and dies because of suffocation. This death is similar death caused if somebody is choking your neck with a chain or hands. Mind you such a death is very agonising.

WHY No?
I pray that Sridevi never regained her consciousness and died calmly without any discomfort.

What is my Advise and Suggestion to YOU and Government:

Suggestion to you:
1. Never starve yourself.
2. Take small frequent and rich meals if you are diabetic.
3. Never try to suddenly standup from lying position if you are more than 50 years.
4. Never try to stand up suddenly from lying position if you are having Hemoglobin less than 12.
5. Always remember you are HUMAN Being, not a superman. Dont push your limits. Stop when your body demands rest.
6. Get routine medical and dental checkups done.
7. Do good to all God will do good to you.

Suggestion to Government of India:
1. Make it mandatory for all the Hotels to make Washroom Door locks fragile.
2. In place of Latches, equip hotel washrooms with OCCUPIED SIGN. So that anybody can open the room. A hotel room is for 2 people, so in any case one will be aware that other is in washroom. And the Occupied Sign will endorse it.
3. Make Medical and Dental Checkups compulsory for every citizen and link it with Adhaar. A person will get all the benefits of Government if a Doctor as updated his or her Adhaar record with medical fitness every 6 months or at least every year.
4. Control GYMS which are opening in every nook and corner of country. Such gyms lack proper instructors and such untrained instructors misguide people on training regimes.

I hope i didnt annoy anybody, I am a trained Medical Practitioner and all this is as per my observation. My prayers are with the Kapoor Family in their hour of grief and i apologise if i said anything wrong.

Yours truly
an Honest Doctor.
